We operate our online service from our shop off Sloane Square London. You are welcome to contact us there by telephone, email, facsimile or in person.

We are available during opening hours weekdays and Saturdays 10am to 7pm, Sundays 11.30am to 5.30pm. Seasonal hours may vary and are listed under store information.

Placing an order
Follow "online ordering" to select your shopping and place your order. To checkout we will require you to create an account with us. This allows us to retain your personal details so we can locate your order and serve you better. We greatly respect our customers privacy and you will not join our mailing list unless you specifically opt in.
Under no circumstances will we release your details to any third party.

Payment
Our payments are processed by SECPay and are encrypted and secure. We accept most major credit and debit cards. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please download an order form which will need to be completed manually and posted to us. We can also accept credit and debit cards for this mail order service.

International orders
We have many loyal customers around the world and are delighted to be able to provide an online shopping service to them. Unfortunately due to the complex range of customs charges and freight rates we cannot accept these orders automatically. We would be very grateful if overseas customers could download the order form which needs to be completed manually and returned to us. This can be by post, facsimile or email. At this stage do not complete the postage costs.
Once we have picked and packed your order we can advise the final cost and we will contact you to finalise payment. We will not charge this payment until you have accepted the postal charges. Your order is not confirmed until full payment has been made.

Gift wrapping
We are delighted to offer a gift wrapping option on most items. During the checkout process you will be given the option to select gift wrapping. Gift wrapped items will be boxed, then beautifully wrapped in our silver wrapping paper and tied with GTC ribbon. Price references will be removed.You also have the option to add a personal message. This will be hand written in a GTC card and enclosed with the present. We regret we can only accept one message on any one order.
We charge £2 per order and give £1 to Kids Club for every order.
The recipient will receive a delivery note with their order which will summarise the gifts purchased. This will include the purchases name and address. No price references will be on the delivery note.

Stock availability
We aim to always be in stock of online products. If for any reason we are temporariliy out of stock we will advise you within forty eight hours. We will advise you of the estimated due in date. We usually part ship the first part of your order and when the balance is received we will contact you and arrange delivery at our expense.
We regret we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss for out of stock items. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Delivery
Your order will be picked and packed within forty eight hours, ready for postage.
(please note picking and packing is on weekdays only, weekend orders will start piccking and packinmg on Monday morning).
We offer two levels of postage:
Twenty four hours for £8.50 postage and packing, per shipment.
Forty eight hours for £6.95 postage and packing, per shipment.
All of our deliveries are made by Parcelforce. When your order is ready for despatch you will be given a unique tracking number and can follow your order progress online with Parcelforce.

Refunds and exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, we offer a twenty eight day refund and exchange policy. On the reverse of the delivery advice note you will find the information required to complete a refund or exchange.
Please complete the reverse of the form and return the goods to our warehouse. Please allow ten days for us to process any refund. Items must be returned in original packaging and reach us in perfect condition. We regret we cannot process a refund unless the product reaches us in saleable condition. Any claim for damages during return transit must be made with your postage company. When a refund is not processed you will of course be advised, we cannot return goods to you and donate them on a monthly basis to charity.
Please ensure all returns and exchanges are sent by registered post. We cannot accept any claim for loss unless a signature for proof of delivery with us is given.

Lost delayed or damaged orders
Your order will always leave us in excellent condition and be well packaged. If you have a damaged lost or delayed order please refer to Parcelforce in the first instance. Until they have acknowledged a problem we cannot intervene. Any claim for loss must be made direct to Parcelforce.
